We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kahari Burden. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kahari below.
Kahari, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Having a “Mind” that you can control 90% and with that being said “Take action”
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I go by HNLBABYK I’m from Augusta Ga, I’m a music producer. I started my career off in college at Miles college back in 2018 it’s been a long journey and the journey still going as we speak. I can say I’m heading towards the industry soon but I still have a little more work that needs to be done “mentally”, but as far as the positive side of things i shed sweat and tears everyday working on my craft building that sound and I can most definitely say the progress has been redeem.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Good question, I would say listening to other opinions. I grew up the child the was always curious or concerned so I would go to others for clarity. As I got older the more situations I put myself in me going for help got worse. I finally found clarity in myself just learning how to control self when it come down to the situation.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Stand on business at first sight. Business first relationship second no if, and, or but’s about it to be honest
