We caught up with the brilliant and insightful JuuDae a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

JuuDae, appreciate you joining us today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

I strongly believe in taking risk especially because you only get one life to live. Following my dreams has always been the goal for me not only because it’s makes me happy but I can also make a difference taking risk can give you so much opportunity you jus have to be willing to take it.

JuuDae, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am known as JuuDae a singer model & entrepreneur. I also have my own brand called walking image. I have been doing these things for many years just recently I walked in the friskme good fashion show. I am working on my third studio project, titled phase 3. I have been behind the scenes, creating projects that can enhance my modeling career music career and overall entrepreneurship. I work extremely hard to make sure I am always living up to the standards I’ve created for my business and my brand.

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?

I believe society should support art more not just physically, but also financially. Being an artist of all kinds can sometimes financially take a toll. It is hard to create a vision when you have to put yourself on the proper budget and if more people support it, it would be a bit easier because you would get traction to who you are and what your art is and then your art will start paying for its self.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most rewarding aspect of being an artist for me, is watching my visions come to life. There are times when I put so much effort into what I’m creating that when it comes to life, I’m grateful for the ability to create it, and it keeps my creative juices going for me that will always be the most rewarding part of being a creative…
