We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Justyna Della Valle. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Justyna below.
Justyna, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
Having recently lost a dear friend far too soon, I find myself thinking about my legacy often. Our beloved friend left enough passion, energy and love from her short life to inspire me for the rest of mine. She was an incredible mother, friend, and businesswoman, who thrived on bringing friends together.
She has inspired me to focus on our shared passion of connecting others. I take great pride in connecting clients to the world, but more importantly to the people that live in that destination. I love being able to connect a client to a local friend and seeing them form their own friendships. Outside of work, I am often hosting and connecting my friends and seeing them form their own friendships without me.
I hope to be remembered for bringing friends together- especially for pickleball!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I started Arrive Luxury Travel to share my passion with others. It’s travel that’s been perfected by years of personal experience—guaranteed to deliver on its promise by providing the ultimate insider’s perspective.
Over the years, my love of travel has taken me everywhere from the African Bush to French Polynesia, and many places in between. And in each of those spots, it’s been my pleasure to build warm relationships and connections.
Thanks to my deep networks, my team can advise you on the amazing little restaurants known only to locals, the most delightful wineries, the best hotels—and just as importantly, the ones to avoid.
Anyone can plan a trip and go. But to truly get away is something entirely different. With Arrive, clients travel experiences will be inspiring, tailored, and easy. Because utimately, that’s the point. To get away. To relax and explore. To arrive—ready to refresh your soul.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
I am a big fan of Brené Brown and her books have massively impacted my entrepreneurial and personal thinking. “Dare to Lead” was the first book I fell in love with and I still go back to it often. I learned that it is counter-productive to compartmentalize your personal struggles while running your business. Her work has taught me to embrace vulnerability as a source of strength rather than a weakness and to live and lead authentically.
The last few years for me have been incredibly difficult personally for me. I was navigating a high conflict divorce, struggling with running my business during covid, losing my beloved dog, and most recently, losing a beautiful friend too soon. I found myself in a position where I could either lean into the struggle and live my life with my values, or to fail. I chose to- and continue to choose- to run my business with bravery, authenticity and vulnerability.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I still at times struggle with Imposter Syndrome and I need to remind myself what I’ve accomplished and that I deserve a seat at the table.
