Jumar, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
We like to show our work, our best “billboards” are the promotional videos we produce for others or the consistent build-out of social media content and messaging. It’s cliche but the work speaks for itself, that aside, we certainly uphold expected standards of branding and advertising “US”, you see the yellow, black, white colorway and the #Creativity, and the lightbulb, and the certain edge that our branding emotes- we stand on that image and that vibe and it’s begun to resonate. Our approach is to add value even before a transaction takes place, and once we have earned a client’s business, we ensure that they are well taken care of. We believe in creating personalized experiences that make our clients feel like they are a priority, because they are. Our clients trust us with their businesses and livelihoods, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are committed to taking care of their people just as well.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I grew up immersed in the arts, with a talent and education rooted in visual art and creative writing. I am a proponent of Creatives and creative spaces as a result of my upbringing. As I stepped into the professional world, I excelled in business management and I’ve also developed a strong talent for that process, in a leadership role. Launcharts marries the creative arts with business structuring and strategy. If the combination of creative and technical is our internal process, the combination of artistry and business is our best external attraction that leads prospective clients to a higher level of understanding of the former.
I am most proud of the work we do for our clients, being able to craft uniquely dynamic messaging, harness consistency and engage their target audience.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
My personal experience of creating and driving a small business unique, I’ve endured adversity in various aspects, from finance to bias, to self-motivation. Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Launcharts is a full-service marketing firm that relies solely on word-of-mouth and the quality of our work to start and scale our business. Although we have a website and social media accounts, we do not engage in any other form of advertising or marketing. Our client base includes those who have been with us since the beginning, those who have left and returned, and those who love to recommend us to others. Our approach is to add value even before a transaction takes place, and once we have earned a client’s business, we ensure that they are well taken care of.
