We were lucky to catch up with JULIUS EULBERG recently and have shared our conversation below.

JULIUS, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

I believe in destiny and when my gut feeling agrees i follow through. I am not into business plans – i go for what I believe in. It took my almost 7 years to make the first money when I launched Julisis skin care. At the time it was not common to talk about a product that is energetically charged that follows strict alchemistic production guidelines. Only then a product can support your own biorythm. The skin care range is divided in day care and night care products and each has specific organic plants that support our organs with their specific function. I started out with a gold elexir day and silver elexir night , serums that are made with powerful botanical compounds plus liquid gold (day) and silver (night). Now we have 30 products and sell in 20 countries.

If you don’t take risks you won’t win. Surfing in familiar waters does not lead to greater experience and expansion in knowledge and wisdom. My advice: Take a leap of faith ! Embrace the thrill of chasing your dreams. Life’s too short to play it safe. Step out of your comfort zone and embrace the unknown. Take that risk and unlock your full potential the only way for your personal growth.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I wanted to create a skincare line that is organic, clean of any chemical toxins but at the same time very powerful so you see and feel and immediate change in your skin. That was in 2002. We were the first coining the term “eco chic”, a high end skin care system in a unisex, modern packaging. At the time the organic brands offered oily and heavy, odd scented products and cheap packaging. Julisis “Honor yourself” is our slogan from the beginning. Honor the god and the goddess within by taking care of yourself.
I am especially proud that we do not have any allergies reported due to the alchemy production process we are able to eliminate known allergens from the compositions. We use bio fermentation and other highly refining processes to increase the absorption process into the skin. We provide pure cell nutrition. Any skin diseases can be treated from psoriasis to rosacea, dermatitis and acne with a special protocol. Discipline leads to results.
My greatest joy is seeing a clients skin improve which I sign and guarantee once a skin care ritual is established and followed through.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

with all the social media, formerly called “press”- in our case “word of mouth” is the most powerful tool of growth and recognition We have clients that report other friends saw them after 4 weeks and thought they had a face lift. Our stores, beauticians, dermatologists, SPA’s all say the same thing: the Julisis brand has the most loyal clients compared to other brands.

Any advice for managing a team?

first of all you have to have a real product which does what it says. not a marketing invention with phantasy story. Integrity is key to whatever you do and you attract exactly the right type of people may it be staff or client. every staff can share their honest experience with the products. Every ingredient is declared and transparent. That is also our working style, we also laugh a lot because i think humor is the best medicine. We are also very flexible with working hours but at the end things have to be done. Everybody takes great pride in their work and the Julisis products we make.
