Julio, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Often outsiders look at a successful business and think it became a success overnight. Even media and especially movies love to gloss over nitty, gritty details that went into that middle phase of your business – after you started but before you got to where you are today. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. Can you talk to us about your scaling up story – what are some of the nitty, gritty details folks should know about?
I own a eFulfillment Center based in Miami FL handling over 250+ ecommerce brands, I went from 0 to 100 in 5 years and looking to keep growing.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am Julio Diaz best recognized on social media as @juliodiaz3PL I just started my business in 2018 I was working for a business owner on his 3PL warehouse operation, I just started doing kitting & assembly of his products and there was my best opportunity to learn how a 3PL works. I just decided to giving that person a business plan proposal to see if he wanted to me and my brother be his 3PL, my brother and I at that time went over many people asking for rent a warehouse and we got a friends of our dad he says yes to start working the operation on his warehouse thats when we just started offering 3PL services and start growing in less than a year we went from 1.000 sqft warehouse to 8.000 sqft. I started going to networking and connecting with new people in order to grow the business after a year in the new warehouse we decided to go bigger and we moved to a 15.000 sqft warehouse where is now our efulfillment operation working with over 250+ ecommerce brands helping them with our B2B & B2C business. I have a quote that is my power everyday ” Don’t give up”.
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
Making connection from the love and gratitud, I didn’t have any money back in 2018 i just connect people from my heart.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
You must bring the client always first and give the right attention what they need and they will be loyal to you for ever.
