Juliette , appreciate you joining us today. How did you scale up? What were the strategies, tactics, meaningful moments, twists/turns, obstacles, mistakes along the way? The world needs to hear more realistic, actionable stories about this critical part of the business building journey. Tell us your scaling up story – bring us along so we can understand what it was like making the decisions you had, implementing the strategies/tactics etc.
When I started my coaching business, I had a vision of doing more than just 1:1 work. I saw myself scaling through online courses, but at the time, I had no idea how that would come about.
The best decision I made, which ultimately allowed me to scale, was following my intuition. Instead of getting distracted by creating new offers, I went in the opposite direction. I poured everything into my private coaching and focused on how I could become exceptional at getting my clients the results the desired.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that by committing to my 1:1 work, I was developing my signature framework, The Surrender Approach. I created a proven, repeatable process that worked not just for me but for my clients, too.
Because of this, when I finally launched my online course, I wasn’t questioning whether it would work. I had tangible results in every area of manifestation. I could fully stand behind my work.
That energetic alignment, my deep belief in my teachings, made selling easier. People could feel the energy behind it (and still can).
I was told so many things by coaches and marketing experts:
“You can’t sell a course just from a sales page anymore.”
“You won’t be able to scale without ads.”
“Industry standard conversion rates are only 2%.”
But my course did sell from a sales page. I scaled to over 550 students without ads. And my conversion rates weren’t 2% they were 5%.
If I hadn’t followed my intuition and used manifestation to align with the vision I had for my business, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
In 2016, I launched my business as a Manifestation Coach. Within a year, I was fully booked with soulmate clients and I’ve stayed fully booked for 7+ years, primarily using energetic attraction.
Here are my top tips for bringing this approach into your business:
1. Manifestation is more than just affirmations, it’s about full alignment.
Energetic attraction isn’t about saying a few affirmations and hoping clients magically appear. You need a manifestation practice that helps you fully align with your perfect-fit clients while staying in a state of Surrender. This is key.
Most people try to manifest clients from a lack vibration, which doesn’t work (it goes against the Law of Attraction). Most assume surrender is the final step in manifesting when in reality, it should be infused into your entire practice.
2. Be so good at what you do that you wow people.
From the very start of my coaching business (and to this day), I’ve prioritized mastering my craft and serving at the highest level. My intention… Every person who gets off a coaching call with me should say, “Wow.”
This ongoing intention helped me manifest business success through:
-Exceptional client results
-High client retention rates (many of my clients work with me for years)
-A steady stream of referrals
There’s no better marketing strategy than having clients so ecstatic about their results that they naturally promote your work and if possible, they continue to book you again and again. This is energetic attraction at its best.
3. Build a brand with a magnetic frequency.
If you want clients to be drawn to you effortlessly, you need a strong brand.
From an energetic perspective, think of your business as its own entity with a unique aura.
Your brand is the energy people feel when they encounter your work. It has the power to create an instant emotional connection that makes them say: “Yes, I want this!”
When your brand is dialed in to match the vibration of your perfect-fit clients, you’ll naturally attract success without having to push so hard for it.
4. Become a thought leader—not a follower.
This principle is essential if your business is a personal brand (coach, healer, consultant, etc.).
Here’s why this matters…
We’re in an era where content creation is changing rapidly. AI can generate blogs and social media posts in seconds, which means that generic content no longer stands out.
If you want to attract high-level clients, your message needs to have depth, originality, and a strong perspective.
Ask yourself: What do I stand for that’s different? What unique insights, experiences, or methodologies set me apart in my industry?
When you stop blending in and take a stand, you shift from just another business to a leader in your field and that’s where true manifestation magic happens.
