We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Júlia Pascual. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Júlia below.
Hi Júlia, thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
At EIδOS, our mission is to bring inspiring IG Art Exhibitions to life, curated by art specialists from around the globe. We aim to give artistic content the structure and context it deserves, fostering meaningful connections between artists, curators, and audiences.
I started this project after noticing a gap in how art is presented on social media. Many galleries, museums, and media platforms showcase artworks providing valuable visibility, but their feeds often feel fragmented, making it difficult to engage with artworks beyond the individual post. At the same time, artists need more than just visibility—they seek connections with other creatives and a curated space where their work gains context and value. EIδOS also responds to a broader need in the art sector: galleries and institutions must adapt, attract new audiences, and embrace innovation to remain relevant. By bringing together emerging and established artists in thoughtfully curated exhibitions, EIδOS not only elevates individual artworks but also creates a richer artistic dialogue, one that benefits both artists and the institutions seeking to engage with them in new ways.
EIδOS is also an opportunity for young curators to develop and showcase their ideas. The visual arts sector remains relatively closed, making it difficult to break into traditional exhibition spaces. This project has allowed me to organize international exhibitions and collaborate with artists worldwide, something that would have been far more challenging in a conventional setting. We are open to working with curators and artists from all over the world, fostering a global dialogue and exploring new ways of presenting art in the digital space.

Júlia, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Júlia Pascual, and I’m 27 years old, from Sitges, a beautiful coastal town near Barcelona. My passion for art and culture led me to study Art History, and during my studies, I had the opportunity to live in Rome for two years, where I worked at the Colosseum—an experience that deepened my understanding of cultural heritage. pon returning to Barcelona, I pursued a Master’s in Cultural Management, deepening my understanding of how to develop and curate artistic projects. At the same time, I specialized in digital marketing, exploring how technology could enhance the way we engage with culture.
I also have a strong connection to the performing arts—I am passionate about opera and jazz and have been dancing modern and contemporary dance since I was 13 years old.
Regarding EIδOS, I absolutely love curating exhibitions. It’s incredibly fulfilling to connect with artists from all over the world, engage with them daily, and witness their excitement when they participate in the project. The support and appreciation I receive from them, along with their enthusiasm for future collaborations, mean everything to me.
EIδOS started strong—our first exhibition featured 24 international artists, and the second included 27. I am now developing the third show, which will be revealed soon. Follow us to be part of it!
Beyond being a platform for artists, EIδOS is also a space for curators to grow. As I continue to refine my curatorial approach, I aim to develop more complex and meaningful narratives for each exhibition. With time, I want this project to evolve into a larger creative ecosystem that fosters global artistic connections.
The name “EIδOS” comes from the Greek philosophical term associated with Plato’s concept of essence and ideal form. It represents the core of artistic expression—what makes each piece unique and meaningful.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
When I launched EIδOS, I faced a major challenge—convincing artists to participate in a brand-new, untested project. Since it was an entirely innovative concept, I had no past exhibitions to showcase, only my vision. I feared rejection, but to my surprise, from the very first exhibition, 90% of the artists I reached out to accepted the invitation. Not only did they agree to participate, but many also shared their insights about their works, promoted the exhibition on their own platforms, and later expressed gratitude for the experience. Many have even expressed interest in collaborating again in future exhibitions, which reinforces the importance of this project.
Building these exhibitions requires persistence and adaptability. When you message artists who don’t follow you, your messages go directly into their request inbox, making them easy to miss. In many cases, I’ve had to send multiple follow-ups before getting a response, and sometimes I never receive one at all. This uncertainty forces me to constantly adjust my curatorial selections, as the initial vision for an exhibition often evolves based on artist availability and engagement.
I started working on EIδOS in early 2024, but the Instagram account wasn’t launched until September. Since then, I have curated two full exhibitions and am currently preparing the third, which I hope to launch by the end of March. Ideally, I want to transition into a continuous exhibition model, with no gaps between shows. However, the lack of collaborating curators means that, for now, I am responsible for most of the curation. Fortunately, two curators have recently joined the project, and I look forward to showcasing their work in the coming months.
Balancing this project with a master’s degree, work, and dance is demanding. Curating an exhibition is a time-intensive process, leaving little room to focus on marketing and expanding our audience, which I know is crucial for growth. Despite these challenges, seeing the impact EIδOS has on artists and their enthusiasm for the project keeps me motivated to push forward.

Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?
Until today, I am personally covering all expenses, including marketing campaigns, Meta Verified, the website domain, and Google Business tools. I already own the domain for the future website, but developing the platform requires both funding and time—two resources that are currently limited. EIδOS is still a young project, and finding the right financial model to make it sustainable is something I am actively researching. This process takes time, but I am committed to exploring the best options.
For now, my priority is to continue refining the exhibitions, expanding the network of artists and curators, and ensuring that each show provides real value to both participants and the audience. I am confident that, in time, EIδOS will find the right path toward financial sustainability.
