Hi Juanita, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear your thoughts about making remote work effective.
It has enabled me to reach more people through zooming, social media groups, etc. It enables me to maximize my time in helping more people. It is efficient in that I can speak to thousands at once and still have the capability for one-on-one appointments when necessary.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have the privilege of operating two companies. First, I am the CEO of Global Impact University Consulting, LLC. Under that umbrella, we offer various services, such as coaching, real estate, and education. So, if you want to start a new career, we offer life coaching certification, ministry certificate, theology degree programs, and much more. With over fourteen years of real estate experience, we help buyers, sellers, and investors excel in the market.
The other company is I Believe God Ministries International, Inc., where I have the pleasure of serving as the Visionary Leader. We have several churches, businesses, and individuals that are covenant partners. We consider our specialty training and development. As we teach the word of God, we also focus on the individual to help them discover their gifts and grow in their purpose.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Honesty and integrity. We put God first in our business; we treat every client/customer with respect.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Predominant growth has come through referrals for my company. I believe we are responsible for showing up in a spirit of excellence. Treat customers with respect, under-promise, and over-deliver. Have a genuine honesty policy. We consider ourselves the experts, so we give our customers facts so they can make informed decisions.
