Juan , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?

I have founded and am the editor of a digital magazine (Masticadores.com) that in three years is read in 10 countries and is published in 6 languages (English, Spanish, Romanian, French, Italian, Portuguese) It also has 200 writers and 12 editors

Juan , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Masticadores.com is a digital magazine, which can be read by thousands of people because we believe that any mobile or tablet is space. We consider that readers travel to their jobs by train, or subway, or wait at the doctor’s office, and there they want to know fiction stories, poetry, essays or consider other means of Art to connect with culture.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

When I started I thought that Masticadores.com would be a blog for unknown writers to publish their work. Time has turned the magazine into 16 Masticadores blogs. This adventure has led me to discover and implement tools that make it easier for content creators. But I also dedicate myself with great intensity to the fact that the chosen material: is creative and surprises the readers. Every working day is a commitment to discover new ways of communicating.
And I must maintain teamwork that generates attractive relationships for those who make up the world of Masticadores.com. Here the balance and diversity of the chosen themes are a commitment to respecting different sensibilities.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I can and there are many. For example, something that never ceases to amaze me is that there are many writers and editors who live in small cities in different countries. For them Masticadores is the tool that allows them to meet other creators, but at the same time they can publish. I would cite hundreds of these cities.
This reminds me of a personal anecdote, when I was 10 years old I lived in a small town in the middle of La Pampa (Argentina) and I read Rider’s Digest. That represented a capital of culture that appeared out of nowhere and that idea has been reborn in Masticadores.com, but in a globalized world and with readers, (I always quote Barcelona / Spain) where our magazine is headquartered, in its metro moves 250 million people a year. This is the real idea! Millions of readers who travel accompanied by their mobile.
