Alright, Juan Ignacio thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Parents play a huge role in our development as youngsters and sometimes that impact follows us into adulthood and into our lives and careers. Looking back, what’s something you think you parents did right?

They sent me to learn English on private institutions and being absolutely fluent is what made me succeed in both my jobs, which is doing National Sales for Sporting Goods all over the US, and being a talented artist, singer, DJ and host.

Juan Ignacio, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am a professional DJ who never wanted to be a DJ. It just happened once I was in Miami and I met some people. After a while, I realized I was better than most DJs and I went solo, did my own tour, and know I keep going. I perform at any kinds of venues, like restaurants, clubs, I also do weddings, and more. I work harder than anybody else and even after being robbed twice, I never stopped the grind, even though sometimes I felt like it.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Twice in my career, I got beaten up and ended up in a hospital. People took my chain, my laptop, my music, my car keys, house keys, basically everything. This didn’t make me stop, only made me stronger.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I started posting all the things that were happening to me and I solidified a massive amount of followers that love what I do, they even drive or fly for hours to come see me in my shows. All I can recommend is to always be on top of news and stay on top of posting.
