JUAN, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s go back in time a bit – can you share a story of a time when you learned an important lesson during your education?
From all the lessons I learned in my college years, I could tell that the one that stick up the most was that I should never give up my dreams. I went to Valencia college and I graduated top of my class in the associates of Business Administration. then, I went to University of Central Florida, but for many personal reasons, I couldn’t finish my third year. I decided to postpone my studies for work because I needed the money to help my friends and family. One day, my father approached to me and told me to that no matter what, I should keep fighting for my dreams, and that the effort will prevail over the circumstances. He pushed me hard to regain the most precious thing anyone could ask to have, he pushed me hard to get confidence and persistence. My father is an inspiration, a role mother I will always follow, a leader, and a confident man. I retook my studies in ASU, finishing my Bachelor degree in Business Administration and then move up to University of Phoenix to get my Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I began my journey in Disney World 16 years ago. I worked there four years, learned all the specs from the tourism industry, and met wonderful people from everywhere. Then, I went to school, graduated top of my class, and achieved many other goals. One day five years ago, I decided to create my own business, a travel agency. Today, I tried to be as persistence as possible. I love what I do. I’m very passionate towards to the travel industry.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
We keep in touch with clients (customers) by letting them know how much we appreciate their business. We send them postcards, gifts, souvenirs, etc. Also, we are confident and we treat them well with respect valuing and honoring our words. We met our compromises and we respect their time.

Yes, I have. I acquired a cleaning franchise in 2018. It is a great business for starters and it helps a lot creating cash flow.
