Hi Juan, thanks for joining us today. We love asking folks what they would do differently if they were starting today – how they would speed up the process, etc. We’d love to hear how you would set everything up if you were to start from step 1 today
If I would start all over, I will definitely do more of marketing myself. I did the opposite I went ahead and brought everything I needed to start servicing customers but I never got into marketing. I would definitely start to focus more on creating a website and building a business profile and doing SEO to rank on the first page of google!
I would rather have my phone ringing and I can’t service the vehicle then having a whole set up and not having my phone ringing.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I starting to get into the industry because of the proper care that I took to take care of my vehicle and I believe that everyone should take some level of care for their vehicle!
Started this business in 2021 and creating the best experience when booking with is. We are able to solve problems for clients while being the best detailer in the area.
We are most proud of the ease that we are able to provide, with having good communication skills while informing our clients about our services and also the level of care that we take for out customers. Having the right process to taking care of the customer is the key!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
One of the best effective strategies that I was able to build for my clientele is not being afraid of coming back and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the results that we are able to provide before paying.
We have a build a solid foundation when talking to our customers. Giving reminders about their appointment, and having updates of the process of the vehicle and providing the very best for our clients!
Also, coming back to fix a mistake or to ensure more cleaning if we need to for our clientele. For whatever reason, we will go back to location or go over our work to ensure the best is provided.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I believe what help me build reputation within my market is to provide the best of my cleaning abilities for the customers. Always improving our method and how to give faster results or better results.
One huge factor is reviews, when you have reviews that are good, you can be able to be trusted by others to let you service their vehicle.
A vehicle is a big asset to a client and protecting and having proper care always plays a big reputation
