– Trust is the foundation of everything.
– It is important to have well-established goals.
– Finally, any disagreement must be addressed and solved at work. Don’t take problems home because family will always be family.

We all already had experience in the window film business, each person in a different area, so we decided to seize each other’s knowledge and ideas and start our own business. Our differential is to always have quick solutions to every problem, always to better serve our customers.
We are very proud of our dedicated and united team that is always looking for the well being of the company and the clients.

Any advice for managing a team?

Respect always comes first: always treat the employee as he likes to be treated. Maintain a pleasant environment.
Respect each other’s limitations.
Do not encourage competition among your employees: encourage them to be a team and work together. The real competition is out there.

How did you build your audience on social media?

Social media is about people, and people connect with people. Many companies use social networks just to sell, but we believe that selling is just a consequence of the relationship we create with the people we are connected to.
We believe that working with a humanized communication approach, clearly conveying our 20-year experience in this market and showing our values ​​in different ways has contributed a lot to building our audience.
