We were lucky to catch up with Josh Hammonds recently and have shared our conversation below.

Josh, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

I always had a passion for finance, especially when I moved to California. My ex was a millionaire at 21. She did loans for a mortgage company typically from then we actually started our own real estate Firm ALR financial We bought rehabbed and flipped properties in Northern California down to Georgia typically before the market fluctuated, we are making around 75,000 every two days

JH Capital, Funding LLC is mainly a consulting firm, dealing with finance and helping customers with funding for small businesses down to even helping fixing personal credit along with debt restructure. Also, we deal in real estate as well.

DG5 entertainment is mainly our music / Tv/ Fashin corporation where we ownmany labels, such as BSB records admiral music group, and we sign help major artist with all aspects of having a successful career

I’m most proud of how my team works together, offer the same purpose of being successful in all of our industries

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

Funding for my business came from our real estate Loans we had multiple bank accounts the Deals was nonstop so we actually had a high pipeline and the money was just sitting there so we had to do something and we decided to invest it into rehabbing distressed properties

Any advice for managing a team?

When managing a team, you have to be a leader, and what the leader does is actually engage in the work meaning like the leaders in the front

the leader is the one making the moves doing things going through the ups and downs and obstacles of whatever it is that you’re doing because how you gonna expect someone to follow you if they can’t see you do the successful at doing work ?
