Jose, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

Played top tier baseball growing up became a scout then became a high school baseball coach in 2017 then I wanted to started my travel team called Figs Baseball Prospects so I built one of the toughest teams in the start of Florida becoming 8th ranked team in the nation

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Playing baseball in Ponce Puerto Rico where it all started at the age of 6 made it up to AA level became a scout for the Texas rangers Pittsburgh pirates and Baltimore orioles

What sets me apart is my passion for the game and the love I have for my players keeping them safe and off the streets placing over 250 ball players in college is what I am most proud of

I want people to know when they come to figs they become family that they come to a program with the best coaches and teammates

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Dedication to players parents and families always going out my way to bring the best of them and showing them how to be professional on and off the field

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Always be honest with your players don’t feed them dreams make sure education is always first
