Jorge, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with what makes profitability in your industry a challenge – what would you say is the biggest challenge?
The eCommerce landscape is always evolving, and the latest round of changes from digital platforms like META (Facebook) and Google, has put a huge hurdle in many eCommerce brands that rely on those channels for growth. At the same time, the eCommerce industry is thriving and breaking records year after year, so what’s actually going on? The reality is that the world of eCommerce and digital marketing is thriving, but new ecommerce brands lack the data and knowledge to truly know the revenue and impact of a campaign. This has been a massive contributor to our growth as eCom agency, we fill in the gap that most brands have to discover the true value of a new customer of the brand, and build systems to help them get more revenue from each customer. In short, we not only help brands acquire customers and Increase Lifetime Value. This makes brands bulletproof when it comes to hitting the ad auctions.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Our background as Founders has always been ecommerce. We built our first 7 figure store back in 2017, and immediately got to work on developing a replicable system to spring new eCom brands to life. Over the past 5 years, we’ve grown to a team of 20 of the best eCommerce marketers in the world, to help us execute these strategies on our mission to becoming the best eCommerce agency in the States.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Something that makes us unique as an eCommerce agency is we focus on the bottom line, this results in a healthy environment for everyone involved. We’re transparent and upfront about what needs to be done, and run our campaigns exactly like we do for our brands. This quickly changes the conversation with brands and partners in our market and has contributed to our growth as an agency. If our clients grow, we grow. It’s as simple as that.

On our journey to becoming the best eCommerce agency in the States, we’ve had to add new departments to Media Jet, and sometimes the fastest and most effective way of doing that is by acquiring an expert agency in that specific niche. For example, in Q1 2022, we acquired Ipsum Media Group, a creative and design agency with heavy experience in eCommerce. This enabled us to offer our clients a service that heavily impacts the success of a campaign, so having full control and taking over this service was a huge win and a massive shortcut.
