Jordan, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Everything in life is a combination of art and science, we bring this approach to the way serve our clients.
We believe the most successful brands are created by bringing clarity, authenticity and innovation to their big ideas. We use research and data to back our concepts and bring them to life through strategic storytelling, and thoughtful creative and purposeful delivery for your audience to engage with.
We do this by utilizing psychology, human behaviour and neuroscience to support our creative direction and insight to equip our clients with the most humanistic approach to marketing and brand.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
When I was younger I would work weekends and summers at my family’s automotive business by cleaning customer’s cars. Oftentimes, while cleaning I would need to remove items from the trunk, glove department and other sections of the car to clean. It was interesting to me because even though I had never met the owner of the car, I felt like I knew them, I got a glimpse into their habits and part of their daily routine. If they drank coffee, ate fast food and how much, if they had a family or did not based on the practicality of the actual car (ie. van, sports car).
After I finished cleaning I would wait to see who would pick up the car and see if what my imagination created aligned with what the owner was actually like. I was able to learn about people in a very unique way.
This curiosity of people and understanding their behaviours combined with my love for creativity and the arts is what started me on my journey into the marketing and branding sector.
Being able to understand people, what their habits are and how to create an emotional lasting response and have an understanding of why through neuroscience and neuromarketing is what excites me and is what Rubix Creative is really about. Combining the beauty of art, with the science of human connection, to create meaningful brand experiences.
Rubix Creative is a boutique agency that serves small to medium-sized businesses with branding and marketing needs. We officially launched in 2022 as we saw there was a demand in the market for quality marketing and branding for start-ups and small businesses during COVID.
We offer a range of services including; graphic design, branding, photography, strategic marketing and content creation. We love discovering big ideas that authentically align with our client’s stories and journeys.
We are proud of offering our clients a unique solution backed by results. We are truly passionate about always seeking best practices and new ways of thinking, instead of the same old patterns. What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Referrals are the best source of new clients for us. This makes us extremely proud and happy that we have been able to sustain business through this type of growth. It speaks volumes to the quality of our craft and the clients we have been privileged to serve. It has enabled us to grow at a steady rate and has allowed us to pivot or look into new opportunities that come.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being in the creative industry is being able to solve problems for our clients. Whether it is through a beautifully designed logo and a new brand or with a strategic campaign to promote a new product. Having the clients see your work and say OMG yes, you nailed it! Is what makes us smile.
