We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jordan Sarracino. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jordan below.
Jordan, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
For starters we don’t follow trends. Lagerfeld said the last step after trendy is tacky. Whatever the latest trends are, we usually do the opposite. We love to mix patterns and challenge society. We’re not different, You are all the same. Why blend in when you can stand out. That seems more fun.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Jordan Sarracino. I started tailoring at age 15. I come from a line of Italian tailors. I am short about 5’6 but with long legs. It’s hard to find pants that fit right. So I had to learn to make it fit. I am good at designing and styling and wanted to make it a career. I needed to learn the business. I went to UNLV and completed the fashion design program in 2015-2017. I was a tailor at a nightclub in Las Vegas, worked for the US Military tailoring army, airforce, marines, and navy uniforms, I also worked in manufacturing on a line assembling clothing. I produce menswear every season, usually a line of shirts. I like to do menswear because that’s what I wear and I model it myself because it’s free. I started doing online designer clothing resell in 2018 and am still doing it today. It’s what pays the bills. I also use that to promote my own brand Jordan Sarracino Designs. Jordansarracinodesigns.com. I source designer clothing and accessories and flip it for profit. I have over 350K followers on poshmark. A few years later I decided I needed more school so I went to FITNYC Fashion Institute of Technology 2023/2025. I got 2 certificates in Fashion Styling and Footwear business. I have styled music videos, weddings, business men/women etc. I do wardrobe, personal, editorial, styling.
