Jordan, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Do you have any advice regarding quality control and maintaining quality as your brand grows?

Infinite Greens prides ourselves on delivering a high quality product. As we continue to evolve as a business we focus on our internal wellness as well as the customers needs. Representing a lifestyle brand, our attention to detail teaches us how to maintain our standards with growth. With everything in life, we change but Infinite Greens will continue to evaluate the way we think, how we grow and what we delivery to make sure we continue to provide an elevated service.

Jordan, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Infinite Greens is a family and woman owned business. We are a premium hemp farm located in Dallas, Texas and our mission is to provide the highest-quality Hemp flower and CBD to elevate the customer lifestyle.

To provide background, our master grower has been growing/farming for fourteen years. Infinite Greens utilizes indoors, to control all pure environmental factors and organic inputs. We provide a consistent source of premium, artisanal craft hemp flower, and in addition CBD, pre-rolls, solventless rosin concentrates and capsules. We have Infinite Dreams and determination to provide a consistently positive service.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

With Infinite Dreams, we are looking to utilize our social platform to enhance the customer lifestyle. As we began our journey, we pondered each social media platform and curated marketing to target the specific audience. We have room to create and communicate. Advice that we continue to take, never stop dreaming or exploring ideas, not everything will be hit and the posts that fail will inevitable teach you a new way forward.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

Infinite Greens is a customer lifestyle brand and we strive to elevate the clients experience. We believe our delivery to the consumer is important. Delivery of our product, delivery of our pricing, delivery of our customer service and so on. If we can continuously deliver a positive outcome, and allow trust through communication, we can continue to grow and evolve with our customer base.
