Formed in San Francisco California, our band Project Haze is an Indie Alternative Rock band with a wide ranging discography that showcases its passionate love of music. We incorporates rock guitars and acoustic instruments with modern elements of electronic synths and drum machines. Come to one of our shows and you will headbang, slow dance, and laugh! We explore different sonic nuances and draws influence from bands such as The 1975, Coldplay, Tame Impala, Green Day, and much more

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
We’re Project Haze, a Bay Area-based rock band deeply rooted in the local music scene. We collaborate with artists both in the studio and on stage to create raw, powerful music. You can find our tracks on all streaming platforms, and we also sell merch like t-shirts, hoodies, and more to help fans join our journey. Supporting the scene and connecting through authentic artistry drives us forward. Check out our music, merch, and latest updates at projecthazemusic.com!

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
we believe supporting a thriving creative ecosystem starts with valuing artists and their work. Attend local shows, buy merch like t-shirts and hoodies, and stream and share music to help independent artists grow. Collaboration is vital, too—creating spaces where artists can connect on stage and in the studio strengthens the community. By celebrating and investing in local art, we can build a scene where creativity flourishes. It’s all about showing up, supporting, and keeping the spirit alive.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
the most rewarding aspect of being artists is connecting with people through our music. Whether it’s sharing raw emotion through a song, performing live on stage, or collaborating with other creatives in the studio, we love building a sense of community. Seeing our music resonate with fans—whether it’s someone streaming our tracks, singing along at a show, or rocking our merch—is what drives us. Creating something authentic and watching it inspire others makes it all worth it.
