Jonathan, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I am a dad of two, set on being a great parent to my children while still accomplishing my own personal goals. I create entertaining content around my daily life: Health, fitness, and all the random gadgets I try to use to make my life just a little bit easier.
Jonathan, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
With so much fake content, marked as “honest reviews”, I knew I could make better videos with an honest voice. Rather than just talk about it, I stepped up and started creating youtube videos over 7 years ago, highlighting my dadlife, fitness journey, and providing truly honest takes on the products I find useful.
Alright – so here’s a fun one. What do you think about NFTs?
NFT’s are largely (99.9%) a scam. They are all pump and dump products, where influencers get paid handsomely to promote them and then bail before the bottom falls out.
Any advice for managing a team?
As an ARMY OF 1, it’s easy to get down on oneself when the workload is overwhelming or the content doesn’t perform as well as you’d like. I just try to fall back on the motto, ” if it were easy, everyone would do it”, and press forward. With most things in life, the consistency of showing up helps pull you through the tough times and separates you from much of the competition.
