JoJo, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
I created my business name by blending elements that represent my personality. Instead of using my full name, I opted for my nickname Jojo and added Pixs to create a distinctive and eye-catching name. If you examine my logo closely, you’ll notice a four-leaf clover inside the camera lens, symbolizing faith, hope, love, and luck.

JoJo, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I provide a variety of professional photography services for different occasions such as events, family portraits, real estate, headshots, and boudoir shoots, customizing each session based on the client’s vision. My aim is not only to meet but exceed expectations, offering a memorable experience for all clients, including those with special needs. The most thrilling aspect of my photography is the end result. Every click of the camera immortalizes a moment in a stunning image. The process of capturing the perfect shot, manipulating light and shadow, and conveying emotions and narratives is incredibly exciting. Photography’s ability to evoke memories, evoke feelings, or simply bring joy is what makes it such a powerful form of art. It enables me to express myself, connect with others, and produce something that can be treasured forever. Viewing the final outcome, whether it’s a breathtaking landscape, a candid portrait, or a creative abstract image, always motivates me to continue exploring and pushing my creative boundaries.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat to exhibit my work and connect with a broader audience. Partnering with influencers or bloggers in the field to endorse my photography services to their followers. Engaging in local events, fairs, or markets to network with potential clients and display my portfolio. Offering outstanding customer service to clients to elevate their experience and stimulate positive word-of-mouth recommendations.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of new clients for me have been through recommendations and collaborations. Building a strong network and maintaining positive relationships have greatly impacted the growth of my client base. After securing a client, I prioritize creating a unforgettable moment to maintain the cycle and attract new clients.
