As the founder of boutique brand agency Be the Message™, I have always recognized the fundamental importance of a brand’s foundation, which, of course, includes the business name. When I embarked on the journey to start my own agency, I was inundated with numerous name ideas. However, none of them truly resonated with who I am as a person and what I wanted my business to represent. What I did know was that I desired a name that would not only reflect my commitment to clients, but also my personal values.
My faith as a Christian is the central pillar of my life, and it was only natural for me to take my search for a business name to God in prayer. During a moment of reflection and meditation, I received a message that pierced my heart and left an indelible mark on my journey. God spoke to me, saying, “Don’t just carry a message. BE the message.”. In that moment, I knew almost instantly that “Be the Message” was the perfect name for my brand agency. This name carries a profound philosophy that is now at the core of our mission – helping clients articulate messaging that embodies the very essence of who they are, rather than just words and values that remain unfulfilled. “Be the Message” isn’t just a name; it’s a commitment to authenticity, integrity, and a dedication to ensuring that our clients’ brand messages are lived out in every aspect of their business.
