Alright, John thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

I created a music festival in East Aurora in 2013 that over 10 years raised over $10 million dollars over 10 years!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I got the idea from a co-worker in 2012 and proceeded to move ahead without any experience to create the EA MusicFest which drew 1,000 people the first year and peaked in 2024 with 20,000 attendees.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

For me it’s the wonderful people that I’ve met and the relationships I’ve developed over the last 10 years!

How did you build your audience on social media?

Our social media platform has been Facebook which has been very effective.
