Hi John, thanks for joining us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started sooner or later?
I wish that I had started with my current firm a lot sooner than I had. I feel that sometimes people, myself included, allow themselves to believe the myths that families and friends instill in them.
“It’s better to have a nine to five job. Business ownership is for “other people”.”
“You will never be financially stable. You will work until you can’t anymore.”
“Being rich is for other people. Not you.”
If I had only known years ago what I know now I would be retired already. But even if it is too late for me to turn back the clock, I’m not only much happier now, I’m ready to share my experience to help others achieve their goals on THEIR schedule.

As a Revolution financial professional, I’m focused on you and your needs, goals, and objectives. I strive to help individuals, families, and businesses create a sound strategy for the future focused on reducing debt, saving money, protecting those things that are most valuable to you, and helping entrepreneurs reach their dreams.
As a Super Broker, we have the ability to help guide you throughout the whole industry and find the best thing out their that fits your family’s or business’s needs! We do anything under the umbrella of financial services but at the moment we are concentrating our efforts to protect families’ assets from the current unstable market.


Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Any reputation is based on two primary factors. The first is how your company is perceived by the public. Beyond advertising, if a company does not overperform for their clients, the ripple effect created will weaken the trust you depend on for repeat business and referrals. My company goes above and beyond which puts me in a good position before I even greet potential clients.
The second way I secure my reputation is based solely on myself. The way I communicate and deliver top notch customer service ensures that I will receive additional business from referrals once I cater to a current client’s needs.
You need both aspects to succeed. A person’s poor attitude can be from the best company and still fail as does the greatest individual that represents a company that doesn’t bring good results.
Any advice for managing a team?
Communication and organization are the keys to success. The team members need to feel constantly involved to stay motivated without overwhelming them with attention. It is essential to remember the times and dates of their appointments to ensure everyone’s success in the business. Balance is important to keep all members feeling that they are treated equally and are supported every step of the way. It doesn’t matter if the team is small or thousands strong, the quality of both communication and organization will make or break the business.
