Alright, John Paul thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s jump right into how you came up with the idea?
I started d11designz firstly as just a hobby,I always had a creative side but just needed an outlet and Instagram was my first social media platform I started for @d11designz.I grew a fan base quickly and before I knew it I was being emailed from people all across the world looking for specific pictures designed to their needs. That’s when I decided to put more time and work into my ‘small’ business that started as a pipe dream,now I’m designing pictures/posters and edit photos for men, women and their children around the world and that alone pushes me to know I can put a smile on people’s faces when they see the final product.
The feeling of helping others in any situation is why I do what I do.
From that point I put d11designz across all social media platforms and I have never looked back.
John Paul , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Been raised by a single mother of four from the age of 12,I grew up a happy young lad with friends and so on, basically the guy next door,but I always had a creative side but never really found the proper outlet for my creativity to thrive.For many years I focused on my education and sports which I loved,but something was missing,that’s when I decided to make a profile on Instagram in the name of d11designz,d11 being my postcode to remind me of the good childhood I had,I was raised with morals, respect and faith. When I started d11designz it was a place I could go and design pictures of people I looked up to and famous musicians and footballers etc.
After a few weeks of posting my designs I quickly gained a large following of over 2 thousand people who wanted pictures designed for their needs.
I have designed pictures from musicians and famous personalities for many a different people from different cultures and race. @d11designz we can and will design whatever it is that you require,from remembering loved ones to posters of 2pac, Eminem etc, seeing the response of my clients is priceless,which pushes me to put more time and work into d11designz.
We design everything from the simple to the extreme,we do it all and with a quality product guaranteed.
@d11designz we have designs for all budgets and occasions.I have appeared in two online magazine sites and I’m am so proud of that fact,I would like as many people to know that @d11designz we will look after all your needs and create pieces you will be amazed by, especially our prices.
Creating a one of a kind design and making a client happy I the reason d11designz is a “small” business.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
Creating a design or piece of art work and knowing the response of your work will be cherished and kept is mostly the reason I do this, making people’s image come to life is more important than the money to me.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
A lot of people thought I would never make anything from d11designz,I was wasting my time. Well I’m living proof that if you do what you love and are happy doing it don’t let anyone slow you down, always follow your dreams no matter how big or small they may be, their yours and yours alone. What makes artists differ is individuality”, unique in their own right.
