We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Joe Toto a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Joe, thanks for joining us today. Do you have any thoughts about how to create a more inclusive workplace?
I am all about being inclusive. It is a unique way to think in the business and networking Big money world , where most things are exclusive and there is an attraction to being involved with or being exclusive. BUT I feel that being inclusive in the work place and in life brings much great riches and rewards. The diamond in the rough is out there and by sharing and caring we all win!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am a DJ and always have been but in life and business you grow, learn educate and adapt and so the business took me in different directions, Lighting, Decor, and full event production.
Have you ever had to pivot?
The Pivot. COVID 19 ugh. We were strong in Social and Corporate and Non profit galas before Covid and I was involved in all 3 but when Covid came , I know that weddings would be the first to come back and the strongest and so the Pivot was to focus the attention of the company and my attention to be more wedding oriented. Now we see all types of events back to normal!
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
the best source for new clients is Mango & Lola website and interface along with the other leading wedding websites where happy couples go to gather.
