We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Joe Ruggiero. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Joe below.
Joe, appreciate you joining us today. Day to day the world can seem like a tough place, but there’s also so much kindness in the world and we think talking about that kindness helps spread it and make the world a nicer, kinder place. Can you share a story of a time when someone did something really kind for you?
I met ophra winfrey on my book tour in 1981! She was hosting People Are Talking! Years later she invited me as a guest on her show! She was so gracious and paid for my overnight and air travel from LA!
Joe, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I design products for manufacturers! I am then paid a royalty!

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Lucky I had a good license lawyer! When Norwalk was not able to produce my products (and beached my contract)my my lawyer suggested I find another manufacturer to protect my intellectual property! I then found The MT Company! I was thankful to good legal advice and a good contact!
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
Yes, it was the Kohler Company who helped me start my business!
