Founded more than 15 years ago by myself, Joe Quezada, and my wife, Daryl Quezada, No Worries Rooter has always prioritized providing top-tier service. That means we don’t cut corners when it comes to hiring skilled professionals, utilizing advanced tools, and implementing the most effective techniques. This investment in quality work allows us to complete jobs efficiently, ultimately saving time and money in the long run. However, high standards require investment, which means some costs are passed down to our customers.
We are not the cheapest plumbing company in the Phoenix metro area, nor are we the most expensive. But what we do guarantee is that our customers receive value for their money. How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Our initial capital was minimal, primarily our own savings. We started with Craigslist ads, business cards from Staples, and a clip art logo. My wife put up hand-made street signs on freeway off-ramps. Through persistent hard work and reinvesting every dollar, we gradually built No Worries Rooter from those bare-bones beginnings to the fully branded, highly-rated business we are today after 15 years.
