Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Joe Furnari. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Joe, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
Being different is key and everyone needs to be different one way or another. What makes you stand out is an answer you need to know first before starting your business adventure.
Researching your comepetion, what are they doing, what can you do better, or what can you do different?
You can niche down your idea to a specific client like a cupcake shop for example but a Keto Cupcake shop to be different.
Setting yourself up to be different will bring you more success in the long wrong.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
What makes us different compare to others is we do not niche down our services but instead try to broad our horizon. We do mostly focus on creating films but we do also work on commericals, private events and social media. What we do now is take new ideas and turn it into something. For example we are now running our first ever International Film Festival that will take place on Sept 23rd,2023 in Tampa, Florida.
We love to be creative and come up with new ways to help others grow in their craft and to continue to share knowledge to others at conventions.
Besides just going out and shooting videos or photos we want to share our knowledge and find new ways to express our creativity.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Over many years I tried to start and build different businesses. I tried e-commerce, running entertainment companies, creating a career on Youtube, Travel agent and few others. When I did something for fun by creating films it lead into a new career I never expected and it continues to grow each day with the support I have recieved from the film community.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
My business started rough like most people. My first partner I meet was from working together at a school photography job. We wanted to team up and create photos and videos. Even though we never worked out my main new partner Jonathan Montes started to help my company florish. We meet when he auditioned for my first film and help me pushed it to another level. Something that was a fun hobby turned it into a business and motivated me to keep going. Then came along my other Partner Heather Fraley not much longer who started taking over the Florida acting world and pushed me to even go harder and push me to another level of our business.
