I have always been interested in spirituality and metaphysics and have spent many years studying and exploring different modalities of healing and personal growth. I also have a background in retail, so I wanted to create a space that would bring together my passion for spirituality and my expertise in retail.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

Originally, I had envisioned Urban Bliss as a spiritual bath shop, but as I began to explore the use of crystals, sage, and other metaphysical tools, I realized that it had the potential to become something much more. That’s when I got the idea to transform it into a modern botanica.

As I discussed my vision with my childhood best friend, Jasmin, she revealed that she had been considering starting an herbal and seamoss business. Seeing the potential for synergy between our two ideas, I suggested that we join forces and create Urban Bliss as a space where our community could access these powerful tools for healing and spiritual growth.

Through our collaboration, Urban Bliss was born and has since become a thriving modern metaphysical boutique that offers a range of high-quality products and services to support the wellbeing and spiritual growth of our customers. We are proud to have created a space where people can come together and find the tools they need to thrive in their personal and spiritual lives.

I believe that several factors have contributed to our reputation within the modern metaphysical market. Firstly, we prioritize offering high-quality products that are sourced ethically and sustainably. Our customers trust us to provide authentic crystals, herbs, and other metaphysical tools that are of the highest quality. Jasmin and I are not only selling a product; We have the knowledge and expertise which most metaphysical shops lack. Jasmin is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and Herbalist and I am a Certified Reiki Master and Crystal Healer.

At Urban Bliss, we also place great importance on providing exceptional customer service. Our staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help our customers. We believe that creating a warm and welcoming environment is essential to building a strong and loyal customer base.. We also offer fun and unique ways to learn about spirituality and healing.
