Hi Joanne, thanks for joining us today. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.

Life is full of risk . Some jump off the ledge and others stay stagnant & choose to live life in a box. I am a complete risk taker. What’s life without FAITH? We often allow fear to stop us from turning our dreams into reality, when all it takes is to simply start.

My career has been based around the risk I take, my hustle & manifesting my success. Over 10 years ago I took the biggest risk of all by believing in myself. I quit my 9-5 job & chose to dedicate my energy and time into my creative career. My faith overcame any doubts of failure. And thou there may be struggles I always remember the reason why I started !! “It’s Beautii N the Struggle”

My name is Joanne Gibson. Also known as JoJo to most of my clientele. I have been in the beauty industry as a professional hair stylist since 2014. At the start of my career I decided to move from Las Vegas, NV & begin my journey in Hollywood. Hollywood is the place where many people come to make their dreams come true, however it’s not always an easy journey. Thankfully I was blessed to meet people who shared my same interest & drive. Mrs. Tiffany Mosby!!!! I met this young lady while working at a popular salon on Wilshire, non other than RVM. We started together & the creative flows have never stopped. God aligns people in your life he knows will bring out the best version of yourself. Tiffany is best described to myself as Sunshine. She constantly uplifts anyone she comes in contact with. Thankfully my work speaks for itself. Word of Mouth has been my best & favorite source of gaining new clients all over the world, coming as far as from Africa .
