We were lucky to catch up with JNC Branding recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, JNC thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Before starting JNC, we each had our own individual businesses doing much of the same work we’re doing now, but we noticed that there wasn’t an agency in the Houston area that focused on creative branding. We wanted to create a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs and businesses to come to and have their entire branding story created with one team. Too often we received feedback that their branding logo was being done by one person, photography another, as well as their website. But no one was talking to each other about the vision behind the brand making sure every piece was cohesive and aligned when it all came together. So we decided to come together and create a place where that could happen!
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We are a creative branding agency; which means we take a unique approach to creating and telling the story of your brand online. Each business has a distinct story that clients can relate to, connect with and be inspired by. We want to help market and tell that story to their ideal clients to grow their business, create more leads and build more revenue.
We offer creative branding photography, social media management, branding kits, as well as web design services.
We created JNC because too often we found entrepreneurs were trying to do everything themselves in their business, and instead of growing they were exhausted and overwhelmed. We believe that social media and having a strong brand presence is a non-negotiable for your business, so we created an agency where you can delegate those pieces of your business to a team that is as passionate about your business as you are.
That’s what sets us apart from other agencies. The level of investment we take on with each of our clients we take very seriously. We don’t accept every business that inquires, and we make sure it’s a right fit for both us and the client.
We’re the most proud about seeing our clients results and their success. When our clients reach new goals, so do we. There’s not a better feeling than when we see their business increase in leads and revenue and they get to grow alongside us! It’s a true partnership when you decide to work with JNC, and the customer experience is certainly important to us.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
There is always a multi-level approach when it comes to building your audience on social media. Instagram is our main driver for new leads and connections, but every platform offers something different. We use a unique strategy built for our brand, but it’s the same structure that we use with every client for social media management.
Our advice for when you’re just starting out- choose 5 main pillars of your business/brand that will connect to your ideal client. Use professional images as much as you can. Post reels consistently to reach a wider audience. Get in your stories and connect with your audience with behind the scenes content, and engage engage engage.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
We’ve spent 0 dollars on ads so far since opening our business, but leads have been steadily increasing month to month! We contribute this to two things: networking and referrals. We spend time every month networking with our ideal clients and putting ourselves out there to connect and build relationships. This not only leads to booking clients from those meetings, but the referrals that come from those people that know of us and know that we offer something very special.
