Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jill Gulotta. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jill, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Alright, so one thing we think people don’t talk about nearly enough is investments – either time or money. What’s one of the best or worst investments you’ve made and what did you learned from the experience?
Best investment I ever made was the investment in my first business coaching class. That opened up my world to the importance of investing in myself and connecting me with so many incredible people that not only changed me but changed my whole business. I will never NOT invest in myself. It really is so impactful on your business but more importantly on who you are as a person.

Jill, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
The first thing that comes to mind when I go to answer this question is I am completely invested in my clients. I will be your biggest supporter and fan and will be in the trenches with you until you reach your goals. I wear many hats but they all really converge on each other. I have a private practice as a Registered Dietitian. The focus on my practice is on eating disorders, disorder eating and getting women out of the toxic cycle of diet culture. My practice is very unique is that we take a very therapeutic/counseling approach. We get to the deeper rooted issues that are driving these behaviors so that you gain your life back and never come back to the place where food and your body are controlling your life. I love the way I counsel because it is truly life challenging. I am also a life coach and working to gain my license as a mental health counselor. My goal is to help women achieve the fullest potential and live a life that they are deserve, one that makes them happy and feel fulfilled.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
There are SO many but from everything I have been through it has truly reaffirmed the work I do with my clients, which is when you work on yourself, do the internal work you really can create the exact life of your dreams. One specific example I can point to is when I got divorced. It was the most challenging time for me mentally, emotionally and physically. I felt like my life was over. I was so unhappy and struggling financially. And now I have a life that I once dreamed of and didnt think was possible and I am happier than I have ever been.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Consistency is key! Also being authentically you is the best way to connect with people. Be very clear on who you are helping and how. Know your ideal clients problem and be able to provide them the solution. One thing that also really helped me because I really didnt love social media (still don’t :) ) is when I speak on stories or a video I visualize one person that I am speaking to
