We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jill Cherry a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Jill, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Going back to the beginning – how did you come up with the idea in the first place?
Honestly, Cherry Picked Web Co. was born out of both frustration, inspiration and a good ‘ole push from my business mentor and husband. At the time, I was working closely with my husband in his practice and kept noticing the same thing — all marketing and website companies offered the same thing; expensive services with little to no ROI. The website design was also always the same. It spoke on pain and chiropractic, which is great – I agree; however, there is so much more Chiropractic is great for also. Most of the websites didn’t even touch the surface of the true power of Chiropractic.
I’ve always been someone who loves both the creative and the strategic sides of business. I saw an opportunity to merge those two worlds — design and strategy — to help chiropractors not just have a website, but have one that actually worked for them.
The idea really took root when I realized how deeply aligned I felt working with this niche. Chiropractors are purpose-driven, heart-centered, and entrepreneurial — and I felt that same fire. I understood their challenges: limited time, inconsistent branding, and the need to educate people about holistic care. So I decided to build a company that made their online presence feel effortless, authentic, and impactful.
Logically, I knew I could succeed because I had proof of concept early on. The first few websites I designed for chiropractors started performing incredibly well — generating leads, building trust, and elevating their image. From there, word of mouth spread, and I realized this wasn’t just a side project… it was a calling.
Emotionally, I was all in. I loved helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs amplify their message. It wasn’t just about building websites — it was about building confidence, clarity, and connection. And that’s how Cherry Picked Web Co. was born — from a deep desire to help chiropractors stand out online and grow with intention.

Jill, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Hi, I’m Jill Cherry — founder of Cherry Picked Web Co., where we design custom, high-converting websites exclusively for chiropractors. I’m married to a Chiropractor and did our marketing for 10+ years. So this company is literally made for the profession.
I didn’t set out to become a web designer for chiropractors specifically — it happened naturally. I’ve always been drawn to creativity and entrepreneurship, and I’ve always loved helping people who have a purpose bigger than themselves. When I started working with chiropractors, something just clicked. I saw how passionate they were about changing lives and helping families get healthy, but I also noticed how their online presence wasn’t reflecting that same level of care or professionalism. Their websites looked outdated, generic, or just didn’t convert — and I knew I could help change that.
That’s where Cherry Picked Web Co. was born. I wanted to create a space where chiropractors could finally have websites that didn’t just look beautiful — but also told their story, built trust, and actually grew their practice. Today, my team and I build custom sites that are strategic, SEO-friendly, and aligned with each doctor’s brand and mission. We help chiropractors attract their ideal patients, improve visibility, and save time by automating communication and lead nurturing.
What sets us apart is that we don’t build cookie-cutter websites. Every site we design is intentionally “cherry picked” — crafted to match the energy, purpose, and goals of that specific doctor or practice. We understand the chiropractic profession inside and out — from pediatric and prenatal specialists to high-performance sports chiropractors — and we speak their language fluently. That’s what allows us to create websites that feel deeply personal and perform powerfully.
What I’m most proud of is the impact. In just a few years, we’ve built hundreds of websites for chiropractors all over the country. But beyond the numbers, it’s the stories that mean the most — seeing a doctor finally feel confident sending people to their site, watching their patient base grow, or hearing that their business feels “like them” for the first time online.
At the end of the day, Cherry Picked Web Co. isn’t just about websites. It’s about helping purpose-driven chiropractors share their message, serve more people, and build businesses that reflect who they truly are.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
In the beginning, I focused on creating genuine connections rather than chasing numbers. One of the key things that helped me grow was hosting a lot of giveaways — and most importantly, actually following through and delivering on them. It built trust and showed my audience that my brand values integrity and authenticity.
I’ve also always led with gratitude. From the very start, I made it a point to genuinely thank and celebrate every single person who supported me — whether they liked a post, referred a client, or simply offered encouragement. That appreciation hasn’t changed, and I truly believe it’s one of the reasons my audience feels connected to me and my work.
Finally, I invested time in in-person marketing. Setting up booths at local events and meeting people face-to-face allowed me to connect with my ideal audience in a much more personal way. Those interactions helped translate online engagement into real relationships — which, to me, is what truly builds a meaningful brand.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
Absolutely. My mission has always been to ensure that chiropractors receive the online recognition they truly deserve. They’re doing incredible, life-changing work — helping families, supporting wellness, and transforming health in their communities — yet so many go unseen because their online presence doesn’t reflect the value they provide.
Through Cherry Picked Web Co., my goal is to change that. I want to help chiropractors build websites and brands that capture their expertise, their heart, and their impact, so more people can find and trust them. At the end of the day, it’s about giving purpose-driven doctors the visibility and recognition they’ve earned.
