We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jiayun Zhang. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jiayun below.
Jiayun, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you take vacations? Why or why not?
Yes, I love traveling with my family. During my vacation, I still reply messages and emails from clients or business partners. Due to the nature of immigration, some cases are time sensitive, so I try my best not to delay the process of my clients’ applications. If there are some emergency, I may need to work on the cases first. For non-urgent cases, I will contact my clients and tell them to hold for a couple of days.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I started my own law firm during the pandemic, driven by several factor. Firstly, becoming a mother inspired me to seek greater flexibility in order to spend more time with my son. Additionally, I recognized that I had developed a substantial client base over the years through my immigration law practice. With the encouragement of my husband, I made the decision to give it a shot, and JZ Law Group, PLLC was officially established!
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
From former clients and friends
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
Try to understand clients concerns and problems and propose solutions from their perspectives.
