We were lucky to catch up with Jhannet Johnson recently and have shared our conversation below.
Jhannet, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you tell us about an important lesson you learned while working at a prior job?
I believe before owning a business you should have personal experience in waiting tables, retail and customer service. It will definitely mode you have boundaries and how to treat others.

Jhannet, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
DilussoTrends is an online boutique for women. We like to say that we are a one stop shop. From hair to heels. We also take great pride in doing good business
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Being an introvert is hard because you have to sell a product and idea. With social media platforms I can hide and still connect with clients. I keep my personal meetings short and sweet.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
As a women I choose to focus on myself and my child. I make no time for dating to stay on top of my golds and use all my emotional energy on my boutique. I am resilient because I don’t have distractions.
