Jessika , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?

When Covid hit I created “Party in a Box” . I feel that doing the time when we couldn’t go out or be already others still having a good time with the people in your home was important. So I created party in a box where people still can have a party in there home without having to worry about decor and etc.

Jessika , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Well my name is Jessika D. Jones and I created Love Jones Creation because I wanted to create events with Love and for the everyday person by giving them luxury experience in their price range. I have been planning and helping pan events since I was thirteen by starting with my aunt business. When I became a adult I quickly learned I didn’t want to really work a 9-5 but own my own business. While starting Love Jones Creations I was trying to find my purpose in this passion of mines. Finally I found my purpose in event planning and realize I like doing Business and Corporate event planning. I have had many people help me along the way this was not a one person journey and I thank everyone for their contributions to journey.

Have you ever had to pivot?

My business took a take while I was finding my purpose in my passion. I always thought I was just suppose to be a event planner but quickly learned that I am a Business event coordinator because I love helping other businesses grow and set showcases for them to show their business.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

Learning what peoples purpose is in your life and business and making sure you aren’t over stepping boundaries. Learning boundaries in personal life and business is something that is important. I learned this lesson through the trails or starting and rebranding my business.
