We were lucky to catch up with Jessica’s Spirit Explorations recently and have shared our conversation below.

Jessica, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about the best advice you’ve ever given to a client? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)

My primary role as a spiritual mentor and hypnotherapist is to guide clients in uncovering and achieving their life’s purpose through the use of diverse spiritual modalities. While I would like to attribute the advice I provide solely to my expertise, I must acknowledge that much of what I offer comes from channeled messages from my clients’ Akashic Records. Those who are unaware of what the Akashic Records are, most simply put they can be looked upon as a universal library that contains every soul’s past, present, and future potential, from which we may extract knowledge from and spiritual direction.

One woman who was facing financial challenges approached me for guidance on how to turn her dream of owning a business into reality. Using the Akashic Records I was able to help her find creative solutions she needed to build up the funds to materialize her passion project. Additionally, by utilizing hypnotherapy, I identified and re-framed her limiting beliefs, which resulted in a significant boost in her self-confidence, and helped her overcome her tendency to procrastinate too. Despite the usual ebbs and flows of daily business operations, she has successfully transformed her vision into a thriving business, and she credits a significant portion of her progress to my mentorship, an honor for which I am truly grateful.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

My name is Jessica, I’m a certified hypnotherapist, past life regressionist, akashic records reader, and reiki master, with over 15 years of professional experience in the realm of spiritual transformation.

During my early twenties, I underwent a profound spiritual awakening that forever changed the course of my life. While many may see spirituality through a romanticized lens, my personal journey has taught me that the path to self-discovery can be challenging and thought-provoking.

Subsequently, I spent several years in Asia where I gained valuable insight and understanding into spirituality and myself. My travels and experiences allowed me to connect with various cultures and knowledgeable spiritual mentors, which contributed greatly to my personal growth and spiritual development.

Although I firmly believe that you can embark on your spiritual journey alone, all you need is already inside of you, having the guidance of experienced mentors can significantly aid in self-discovery. It is with this belief that I established my company, Spirit Explorations. My motivation is to assist individuals who are undergoing a spiritual awakening in finding their purpose through a heart-centered approach that combines soulful exploration with spiritual practices. By using various methods, those who work with me can expect to find a deeper connection with their SOULself, develop more intuitiveness and feel more in alignment with the choices they make.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

As a hypnotherapist, I often encounter skepticism from individuals who are not familiar with the potentials of hypnosis, especially when it comes to past life regression therapy, which aims to access and explore a person’s memories and experiences from previous lives. Despite occasional pushback, I remain committed to my work and to the transformative benefits it can bring to those who are open to it.

While I believe that everyone would benefit from this type of therapy, I understand that not all are ready to embrace it. Nonetheless, I continue to advocate for what I believe in, even if it goes against the mainstream. As an Aquarius, I am comfortable with being different and am resilient in the face of (most) criticism.

It is my mission to help those who are curious and open-minded to explore the depths of their consciousness and achieve meaningful transformation. While some concepts may seem daunting, I offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore and discover the life-changing benefits of hypnotherapy and past life regression.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

After finishing college, I started my career off in the fashion design industry in New York City, an experience that initially boosted my ego but ultimately exposed me to the unhealthy prevalence of petty drama. My boss, whose behavior resembled that of the infamous character in “The Devil Wears Prada,” once berated me in front of my colleagues over a seemingly trivial matter – my choice of a 2-hole button instead of a 4-hole button for a shirt. It was such absurdity! At that moment, in conjunction to a newly arising spiritual awakening that was having, I realized that I needed to pursue a more fulfilling and meaningful career path that aligned with my innermost values and aspirations.

Thus, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth, culminating in my current profession in the field of spirituality and self-development. While I don’t regret my experiences in fashion design, they served as a valuable lesson in the importance of prioritizing my soul’s needs and finding a career that enables me to make a positive impact on others’ lives.

Through my work, I have found greater purpose and fulfillment, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to guide others on their path to self-discovery and fulfillment. I am a firm believer that life’s extremes can teach us valuable lessons and ultimately lead us to where we are meant to be.
