We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jessica Stoeckeler a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Jessica, thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
When I first ventured into direct sales almost a decade ago, I never imagined it would become such a big part of my life today. Over the years, I’ve picked up a ton of knowledge about digital marketing, direct sales strategies, social media, wellness practices, and personal growth.
I’m all about backing products and brands that resonate with me. Each product I stand by is like a piece of my wellness puzzle, customized to fit my current stage of life.
In my thirties, I was all about feeling confident, looking put together, and using clean products, especially when I was expecting. That’s why I fell in love with Beautycounter – they’re all about spreading awareness about cleaner beauty and advocating for change in the industry.
Now that I’m in my forties, my focus has shifted. It’s all about managing stress, keeping those cortisol levels in check, and being the best mom I can be. That’s where oHHo CBD and Amare mental wellness products come in.
They’ve truly helped me level up, and I’m passionate about sharing them with others. Parenthood, relationships, juggling work – life can get hectic, and if I can make things a bit easier for someone else, that’s a win in my book. As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am a mom of 2 with a full-time job and few passion products.
Amare-I have always been a person who was irritated easily, who is annoyed when interrupted and these mental wellness products are changing that for me. They help me feel better from the inside out. They make me more productive, more relaxed, and happier. I am now focusing on healing myself starting with the gut first which I haven’t explored before.
My favorite product is the happy juice because it does so much-it changes my entire mood, it has allowed me to stop using my anxiety and ADD meds, and it just makes my days and life better.

How did you build your audience on social media?
I have been working hard over the years to build my engaged audience on social media. I don’t have a ton of followers but that is not what I’m concerned with, I’m concerned with reaching my target audience and helping make their lives easier and better. The secret to social media is being very consistent (stories everyday and feed posts at least 3-5 times a week), coming up with a plan of what kind of content you’re going to put out there, why, and when, and keeping up with trends that are happening on social media. I do that by being a part of a social media community where I can continue to learn new things and bounce ideas off my social media coach and others in the community.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to stop caring about what other people thought of me. I am in direct sales so some people have a very negative view on direct sales, MLM, network marketing, etc. I had to stop caring about what someone would think about me and start caring about how I could help my customers. When I was able to do that and be my authentic self, I was able to truly connect with my audience which changed everything.
