Being successful requires determination and self-motivation. You need to know what you want to achieve and dedicate yourself to achieving it. To be successful you also have to be willing to learn and adapt from your past experiences, and continually set high standards for yourself. Along the way, resilience is key. Never let setbacks stop you from achieving your goals, instead think of them as opportunities to improve your approach.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Keeping morale high is important to a company’s growth and success – and it can be maintained by nurturing a positive environment. This can be done in a number of ways. Top Agent Magazine focuses on providing goals/tasks to each team member, so everyone is clear about what to work on. We also maintain open lines of communication, so each team member is easily reachable and everyone is in the loop.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele is through providing superior service to everyone we work with, and maintaining our relationships with past clients. We stay in touch through email correspondence and social media, fortifying our connections with agents and lenders, which helps grow our brand to new levels.
