We’d love to hear your thoughts and the story behind how and why you chose the cause or organization you donate to.

A portion of all sales goes to Yuppy Puppies Forever Rescue non profit We chose to do this starting in 2019 for the need we have right here in our community.

JESSICA, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Yuppy Puppy has been in business for 21 years providing services for furry family members needs such as hotel stays, grooming, daycare, training and more. The clients are like family using us for years and over that time some elderly clients had passed away and family members reached out knowing how fond their loved ones were of yuppy Pupoy and needed out assistance to continue the pets journey.
In 2019 we started our non profit Yuppy Puppies forever and continue our mission of finding homes for dogs that were so loved.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

I am a groomer by trade and still love grooming. Myself and all my managers are always working side by side staff and having a whole team that has the attitude to do even the smallest task is key to morale.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

When Yuppy Puppy started it myself and two employees. Over the years we continued to grow and one of those employees now is the vice president of the company. We now have two locations and 49 employees and a non profit rescue.
