Hello charmed babes! I’m Jessica the CEO of Jessymariecharms. a business located in Atlanta ,Ga started Since 2020. Here’s some quick facts about me: I’m from New Orleans, La a city of rich culture, creativity, art, jazz, spiritual traditions, proud people, and historic neighborhoods. I have been interested in working with materials of all kinds. It started as a hobby when I was an kid that turned into passion, and then blossomed into a career of crafting and creating custom items/ bracelets for customers.
Jessica , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
As an, Handmade jewelry makers we use a wide variety of materials and techniques to create our pieces. The materials are only limited by the artist’s imagination and creativity. If you purchase a machine-made piece of costume jewelry, you risk someone else wearing the exact same necklace, ring, earrings, or bracelet. If you purchase a piece of handmade jewelry, you are assured that there is no other jewelry like it. The best thing about my work is to have everyone wear something unique and memorable to keep for an lifetime. ✨
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
My advice is to demonstrate leadership, You may hear the commentator praise the best teams for having “so many leaders on the field”. Great leadership is the key to company success. There is a big difference between being a manager and being a leader. Leadership is about getting great work done through others. Be flexible & adaptable, New situations may require new approaches. Maintenance leaders must be flexible to adapt to new changes or challenges. Be open to new ideas, thrive on new challenges, be comfortable with change, and adapt quickly. Lastly, Love what you do! The maintenance manager role is challenging and requires dedication, patience, and hard work. When all things get in a pickle, you need to jump in too and get your hands dirty. The work is easy when you love what you do. Do it because you want to, not because you have to.✨
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
