We recently connected with Jessica Bond and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Jessica thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
The register rings, the door opens, our customers walk in for spectacular night at Guitars and Cadillacs, in Fort Worth, Texas, a hidden gem, just off the beaten path, waiting for you to experience a fun filled night, to meet new friends and dance the night away. From the first smile at the door, to the balloons and personalized party banners, perfectly arranged to celebrate your milestone events, birthdays where the guest and friends participate in a scavenger hunt with our customers and staff, such as a “Guitar yard”, for a drink on the house and a commemorative birthday t-shirt when you complete the hunt to celebrate the “party”.
Whether it’s an anniversary, a farewell, a congratulations, a divorce or just a meet up, we are here to celebrate with you.
Our professional staff believe that customer appreciation is the cornerstone to a successful business model. We believe in exceptional service, a warm friendly welcome, a clean, comfortable, and safe environment to make an evening out an amazing and memorable experience.
So, take some time to check us out.

Owner/Operator
Jessica , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
As an innovator and creative in the entertainment industry for the last 27+years, I strive daily to ensure my customers have the best possible experience every time they walk through the doors of Guitars and Cadillacs.
I am very detailed about the decor of the building, making it fun and welcoming for our patrons. I love to share in their celebrations, personally decorating their tables with balloons, party decor and name placards, so they feel special.
I want my guests to invite their friends and their friends, invite their friends, sharing with them, that it’s definitely the place to be on a weekend night out.
The heartbeat to any successful business model, is keeping your hand on the pulse on feedback from your customers.
What’s sets us apart from others in the nightclub business is customer engagement, where we create a fun environment with friendly people who make everyone feel like someone knows their name.
The staff is small and perfectly chosen to ensure the service is always fun, friendly, fast and the celebratory atmosphere.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Resiliency is the cornerstone to any small business owner, when faced with the world wide pandemic, we have to become even more creative to support our day to day operations, the livelihood of our team and the moral of our customers
In a world where many rely on us to serve various needs, our landlords needed their rent, our staff needed their paychecks and our customers needed a place to feel normal again.
As a gesture of goodwill, and some ingenuity, we were able to be creative with the landlord, negotiate with our distributors, supplement our staff and when the world opened back up, we provided a safe, clean, environment adhering to every safety measure and guideline to ensure our patrons had a place to dance and visit with their friends after many months of isolation.
Times were tough, but that just meant we dug a littler deeper to ensure every need was met.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
As a small business owner you have to be on your toes, listening to your customers, being flexible and willing to accommodate requests, while adhering to the rules, regulations and laws associated with distribution and consumption of alcohol.
We are always strategically working to be creative with our customers, offering veterans benefits, party incentives, contests with cash prizes and special cocktail promotions to make a evening out a great experience.
Whether it’s dance lessons, a theme party, a Halloween costume contest with cash prizes, or Ringing in New Year, we go all out to create an atmosphere for our clientele, to make their night with us a memorable, repeatable experience.
Happy customers bring more customers.
