Jessica , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

I make sure clients get digital and print portraits in each package but I make sure to go out of my way by presenting clients with special gifts depending on occasion. Their gifts consist of blanket, pillow, towel, coasters, bags, etc and all these items have their portraits on them.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I’m a female veteran who’s served in both the Air Force & Army. Photography first began as a hobby and now has evolved into a wonderful business. I love perfecting my craft and using my family as my inspiration. I travel worldwide to do events. My first wedding was done in New York. Next, I remained local and captured exquisite images of daycares, weddings, family portraits, etc. I’ve traveled to Louisiana, Florida. South Carolina, Las Vegas, Virginia, Washington D.C.., Atlanta Kentucky & Tennessee to capture events.
I’m a people person so I do my best to make sure that my clients are satisfied and the packages meet their budget needs.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I do my best to build my audience by having clients leave reviews after they receive their final portraits. I also promote by showing my work via Facebook, instagram, tik tok & twitter.

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process./

I used a lab out of Dallas and Colorado who produce pillows, blankets, canvas, towels, etc
