Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jessica Armstrong. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Jessica, thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
As I have been on my own journey of healing, I have found that seeking out the right people to help me along the way has been an integral part for me becoming the person I had always been, but did not know how to unlock. So, I knew I wanted to be this for others. I now own a successful real estate Transaction Coordinator business, TCCREATED which I created to provide quality service to real estate agents as well as careers for women who needed to work from home, have an empowering working environment as well as something they could have for themselves. Through my own journey and mentoring other business owner, team members and others in the community I felt my calling to being a Wellpreneur, so I have started Jessica Armstrong Coaching! For me, the journey began with wanting to find my purpose. I searched for people who had the tools to teach me so I could better navigate my way to self acceptance, self awareness and self love I had been wanting for so long. They showed me that it was there all along, I was just never taught how to find it and bring it to the forefront. Once I had created and built my first business, I knew I had the experience to dive deeper into my passion of sharing my tools with others that are lost on their path or searching for more out of life.
I began the same way I had before, reaching out to others who were doing similar things, finding my story and how I could implement those experiences into my unique coaching style. Then I began taking courses on addiction, trauma, counseling and coaching so I could be certified as well as expand my knowledge to be a better leader, mentor and coach.
There are so many people out there who just need the right guidance and tools to gain confidence, have new perspectives, new awareness to move forward. They are looking for hope and possibilities, they are just unsure of how to see them clearly. They want to have a better mindset and the motivation to take more steps forward, they just don’t know how to free up the space for it. I want to give people real tools so they feel confident to take the next step.
All of these things I have learned how to teach others to connect to their inner power and innate wisdom by asking the right questions and providing the right tools. It is about empowering others to empower themselves through authenticity and genuine care and love for clients, beginning wherever they are presently and working to go where they wish to go in life.
My goal and what I am most excited about for this business is developing an incredible coaching experience for individuals and groups where they are seeing real changes in their everyday as well as how they talk to themselves. Then, spreading these tools out into society through speaking engagements, podcasts, retreats, etc. Places for people to gather outside of their normal day to day and have an opportunity to look inwards.
Most importantly I am giving them true practices they can take with them to see organic changes begin to happen in their life. Sharing ideas that feel more tangible, creating energy to breathe into the community and the more self acceptance and love we can have ourselves, the more we can share that with everyone around us to move closer to a happier world.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I really got into the wellness and coaching business organically over time. I was in a dark place in my 20s and moved to Colorado to be closer to nature and beginning my journey of healing. It took time and effort on my part as well as connecting with the right people to provide what I needed at different times along the way. What started out with therapy and yoga, led to coaching, retreats, meditation, acupuncture, courses to learn more about what I was going through, connecting with other women going through their own healing, reading material about vulnerability and trauma. Through all of this I have hit many milestones in my life that I was unsure I would ever reach; owning my own business (now 2 businesses), marrying a supportive and loving man, owning my own house, finding my tribe of people I have amazing relationships with and I am beyond grateful to the village. My desire is to change the way we talk to ourselves, the way we listen to our intuition, how we build trust, validation and boundaries within ourselves and in our lives. I wanted to learn how to incorporate my experiences with healing, mindset and motivation with the tools I have been given over time and then translate that into a life coaching and wellness business that would help others not have to continue existing feeling lost or without purpose or alone.
Currently I am taking scheduling intake appointments for new clients ready to start their coaching sessions with me in the new year! Anyone looking to lean into their journey and connect to their inner power and innate wisdom can connect with me to schedule an intake to learn about what the process will look like. From there we would schedule for individual or group coaching, I also offer intuitive coaching which will go a little deeper for those searching to include a spiritual connection.
I would say I am most proud of the work that I have put into this, it has been a lifetime of learning, experiencing and healing so I could be the best version of myself and the best person to be there for my clients.
The best way to find out more information is on my Instagram page @jessicaarmstrongcoaching you can reach out to me directly there also. I have a few guest spots on podcasts coming up that will be announced on my Instagram as well as my website which is schedule to be up at the end of December.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
That life had to go or I had to be a certain way to be successful. Growing up when I did, the idea was to do well in school, create friendships to last a lifetime, go to college and be a part of their culture, get a degree in a good field and you will have everything you need to have a good career and a great life. As beautiful as that all sounds this can look so different for so many people based on an infinity of factors.
For me, I did fine in school but the only classes I enjoyed were crafts or arts, I had a few friends but felt mostly awkward socially, I got waitlisted for the college my family went to so I went to it’s sister college and felt lonely as their culture was, well… partying.
So after my freshman year, I have invited the idea that I am not doing it right, I’m failing, I’m not good enough into my space and it was always at the forefront of my thoughts. When I made the decision to move to the college in the city I grew up around, it made sense because it was more comfortable. I did enjoy my Marketing classes for my major as well as art, sociology, writing, really anything I could be creative in and learn more about how people thing and why, I loved! When I graduated (2 years after my plan to) it was difficult to find a “career”. All of a sudden those things that were supposed to be easy were a whole other monster I was not prepared for. You had to have years of experience to work for a marketing firm or you would be an unpaid intern, there were jobs but they were sales.
Again, I’m thinking I must have done something wrong. I just continued to work in the service industry. It was what I knew and at least I had a paycheck, even if the job provided no enjoyment, creativity or respect. I was already in that state of I didn’t do it right, I wasn’t good enough so here I am, this is my punishment.
Now I am able to look back and see all of the events and environmental factors and societal expectations that muddled my mindset but I wanted to share this because so many people have experience something similar and are unaware of the steps we were taught to take vs the steps our intuition wanted us to take is the difference between having the successful life society tells you, you want and the successful life you truly want.
Once I realized that doing what I enjoy, have real passion and talent for was the path I needed to work towards, I began to see my own success grow organically, the kind of success that brought the opportunities I was looking for and to be authentically me was the best gift my healing could have given me.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
There have been many moments that I had to bring myself up and out of over my lifetime. I had experience with depression, extreme anxiety and an inability to cope with these in a healthy way. I was often alone with these thoughts and feelings that kept me down. I have always said that there are two parts of me, one that is just negative narratives and the other that knows my inner power and is fighting to get to the top. So these moments of resilience was when my inner power was able to shine enough light so I would take a step forward. Over time, my resilience grew stronger and the steps I started taking were steps towards healing from withing, understanding why I feel or act the way I do, finding my self worth. Then I was given tools to aid my resilience, so I practiced and my resilience grew stronger. Now, I take steps everyday towards goals and my big vision, I take risks, face fears and uncomfortable situations because I know it makes my resilience stronger.
The negative narratives will never fully go away, it is a part of us that provides survival instincts, the opportunity to double check or rethink a decision. It is how we bridge the gap between those untrue narratives that hold us back and the confidence, trust and intuition our resilience has instilled then making the bridge shorter and shorter.
