Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jesse Biondi. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jesse , appreciate you joining us today. Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?

One of the most impactful things that my father did that impacted my life and career was to teach me how to think critically. He taught me at a young age to question everything. As a child, I used to think that that mindset was overkill. Question EVERYTHING??? Won’t that just make me a cynic that can’t enjoy anything??

As I grew up, even though I pushed against those ideas when I was younger, I began to see the value of questioning things and thinking more deeply about life and experiences. It was this way of thinking that enabled me to discover truths in life about what we actually deserve and what kind of life I wanted to live. I no longer accepted my reality at face value anymore. I began to search for what it means to truly be healthy, happy, and free. It caused me to start looking at my life as an opportunity to gain experiences, which led me to begin having a fuller, more satisfying life.

Now, as a business owner, I make sure to question my experiences and look at them more closely, especially when making important decisions. I weigh out all of the options in order to make the most informed decisions possible. This thought process has helped me to avoid many critical mistakes along the way, keeping me from jumping head first into situations that I should have avoided all together. It also helped me to open up my mind to the power of the universe and the ways that it could help me to manifest my dreams and aspirations.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My wife and I own a brand elevation marketing company called Creative Global Entertainment. Before going into this type of work, I didn’t see myself as a marketing expert because I had worked previously in churches and schools. My wife has always been in marketing, and when she suggested that we work as a team in our marketing company, I had serious doubts about how I would do in this industry. I’ve always been a super creative person, but I never had any confidence in myself outside of playing music. During this transition, I had to overcome my self doubts and realize my strengths that I bring to the table. Now, I feel completely at peace with being in this industry and recognize the talents that I have for marketing and branding, pulling from my past experiences and realizing that I’ve honestly been in this field the whole time.

Creative Global is a multi-faceted company that does everything from social media marketing to consulting, and even as far as completely rebranding a company from the ground up. We use our skills and creativity to take a client’s goals, analyze their current marketing strategies, and then come up with a game plan to increase their visibility and come up with a marketing plan that will help them to elevate their brand. We have seen many of our clients having their best days, weeks, and even months of business since they brought us on board.

One of the things that sets us apart from other marketing agencies is that we are truly building a community. Everyone that works with us not only gets access to our entire team of creatives, but they also are connected with our other clients, and everyone works to support each other and build a community of people that are connected even beyond the business side of things. As our company grows and expands, our goals and our focus becomes increasingly more about building lives that are healthy, happy, and free for not just us and our team, but also for our clients and everyone we come in contact with. Our goal as a brand is to give people opportunities to build the lives of their dreams by working towards a business model that enables them to live a life that makes them feel satisfied and happy at the end of the day. We work hard every day to find creative solutions to any of their problems and propel them forward into success!

How’d you meet your business partner?

My business partner and CEO of our company is my wife, Melissa LeEllen. Melissa is one of those people that lights up a room when she walks in. Her energy and passion is contagious and she is an amazing person to lead and direct a company forward because she has incredible vision for what she wants to accomplish and is not afraid to dream big. We met through a mutual friend that knew her since she was a child and then later became a best friend of mine. He insisted that if we met, we would immediately hit it off, and boy was he right! We got married on our 1-year anniversary, right in the middle of the Covid pandemic. The pandemic helped Melissa to slow down as she was traveling around the US doing experiential marketing for many large companies such as Coca-Cola, Delta, and McDonalds, just to name a few. When all of the events stopped, she knew that she had to pivot the company in order to stay relevant in this new world. In August of 2022, we were able to rebrand and relaunch the company to what it is today, and since then, we have had so much fun helping small to mid-sized business reach a much greater potential.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

I know I’ve already mentioned this a few times, but our mission in our business and life is to help the world become healthy, happy, and free. We do this through multiple ways, including starting a movement called All OK, which is about spreading information on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, because if it’s not all OK in these areas, then that’s not OK. We speak at schools, other companies, and for organizations on practical ways that they can begin to make strides in these areas of their health. We believe that every human on earth is deserving of a life that they love to live, and we take that mission very seriously.

Outside of our company, I am also a musician/producer that writes songs about these themes. I create music that encourages people to think for themselves and to rise above the mindset that society sets for us that limits us to thinking that we are weak and unable to have the lives of our dreams. We encourage people daily to chase after the things that make them feel the most alive. When you structure your organization around a greater cause like this, it makes your daily activities so much more enjoyable because you know you are making a real difference in the world, even when you’re doing something as simple as social media management.
