We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jerri Bre Cameron. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jerri Bre below.
Jerri Bre, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
You don’t really know your lane until something happens in your life that you become so aggravated with; it pushes you to create change. I built a business based on obtaining short-term contracts to help small to midsize businesses and brands scale in a short time. The agenda-setting process when it comes to business needed to be evaluated.
The mission is to turn Ideas into Concepts with Flawless Execution. I studied countless business structures within the work environment and through school thesis papers evaluating companies’ pain points. I found similar issues and wanted to create a solution for the most common ones: retention rate & turnover. I started asking myself and others; is the workday task really 8-12 hours or are we structuring work incorrectly?
The reason was; I got hired at a company and inside of the contract it stated “if we hadn’t won an account by month 8 we’d be terminated.” Not to mention after working overtime handling over 500 work orders per month; the time invested as well as revenue acquired should have meant a raise!
I built my brand based on creating opportunities for freelancers, self-employed, and small- to midsize brands to scale to the enterprise level.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got my first taste of business at 12 when I started cleaning houses for colleagues of my mom’s. I liked the aspect of working for myself but at that age, cleaning was more like an extended choir. It wasn’t until I worked my first real job that I discovered work is a concept that people do as a source of money. Watching everyone around me “work” endlessly and never have enough time to live or enjoy the things that I considered valuable like family, traveling, and self-care. Especially when it came to my parents.
Once I reached adulthood; I was well equipped to navigate the workplace through various internships, co-op, school-related programs, and actual field experience. I decided at 22 that I wanted to create better system structures so that more people can have a better work-life balance by making better use of time. Hence; Real Time Gains Management!
RTG is a Management Service Company providing executive assistance, project-brand management, liaisons, market analysis, grant writing, instructional designs, creative coaching, and more. We’re a hands-on brand certified to scale businesses finding pain points to execute on. Some of the problems I solve for clients are organizational leadership issues, business structure templating, and business system cycles. Some others; retention issues and gaps, negotiations, and pitching.
I am most proud of the results! The work that I’ve done so far and for my life is dedicated to breeding long-lasting results. I’ve contributed to impacting the lives of people in my community and across the globe through my brand. From my contributions as the Assistant for Yello Pain Campaign, the work with BlaCk Owned Outerwear, partnering with Certified Excellence with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, being on set with 20K Visuals and more notable brands & businesses to come! Opening the door for small brands to believe in becoming the next household name!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
This will sound so cliche but it’s a fact…. and that’s trust and results. So many times I’ve run into people that have been scorned by management teams or companies so I created balance within my market. No one wants to work with someone who can not deliver so I developed a company around integrity. Word of mouth; if you’re great at something, people will market for you! I became an expert in my niche and helping others master theirs; even in the early stages of business I set my intention and it has opened many doors.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Set the tone! I walk into every room confident even when I don’t know who I’ll be working with for the day. I believe I control the narrative and the outcome so setting the pace is substantial for business growth. In order for people to take you seriously you have to be someone they respect and sees is serious about their business. I’ve managed teams of all age groups and I find that there is a universal language when it comes to productivity and team cohesiveness. People want to be heard and I allow room for that which separates me from the rest. I will rather be a transformative leader than a transactional one.
