Jerome, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?

One of the most innovative things I’ve done in my career was bring everything I do into one. I’m a musician, fashion designer, digital graphics artist, content creator, and a prolific writer. By bringing everything I do under one umbrella it’s allowed me to expand more, focus on my goals and reach more people in the process.

Jerome, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Hi my name is Jerome Anthony. I am an entrepreneur from Washington DC. I have created a company by the name of Gravidy Gang Multimedia. We are a multifaceted dream machine. We provide services in many different avenues but they all tie together to make sense. We specialize but not limited to Music (production recording engineering vocal coaching and song writing) Fashion Design ( graphic fabrication clothe and style manufacturing) Digital Graphics (Art pieces Album covers etc.) Brining all of these ideas together is one of the best ideas I could’ve ever had and I owe it all to the higher power. Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

There comes a point in everyone’s life where they have to figure out where their goin what their doing and how can they make it happen. That time came for me when I first moved to Dallas. I came here with a million dreams, no direction and a heart full of joyful fear. I had to take a step back breathe and get my thoughts together. That’s when it hit me. The higher power said take all of your many talents and turn it into one big entity. Since I’ve figured out how to merge them all together things aren’t perfect but it’s better than it used to be. Once things start getting better it has no choice but to keep going.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

Finding a business is a hard task. Most people get investors or have some form of backing. I started out saving every penny I would make from my many jobs at the time. It was very hard and sometimes still is. It’s all about budgeting and setting realistic goals for yourself. Saving and discipline go hand and hand and if you really want something you’ll make it happen.
